Why does the AM10U I received not have the noise canceling on/off function?
Please update your AM10U to the latest version (V1.100.0.8.D.240624) or later via the NearSync software. To turn noise canceling on or off, long press the MODE button for 2 seconds. The indicator is blue when on and green when off.
How is the AM10U’s sound pickup?
